Optics Global Consulting is leading the way in Virtual Operations Management. Conducted on a quarterly basis in the operations manager's native language, VCRs drive high quality operations through ongoing assessments and Continuous Improvement Plan follow-ups.
Optics Global chose to base its CTR Center in Costa Rica due to the high education levels, the large number and variety of multilingual workforce, and the low cost of labor. The CTR can support operations in any country and VCRs are conducted during normal business operating hours regardless of time zone.
Optics Global has also leveraged technology through a strategic partnership with one of the leading quality management system applications. Optics Global's VCR process delivers this comprehensive, end-to-end program management solution, that's used over 2.5 million times a year to conduct operations reviews, in the most cost-effective and efficient way on the market. This streamlined approach allows our customers to gain operations insights and data analytics like never before, opening the door to drive accountability and execution throughout the organization.
A key takeaway from decades of experience in operations support is that you can't manage what you can't measure. With that idea as our North Star, Optics Global Solutions sought to develop an operations review system for our customers that was efficient and cost-effective enough to allow for in-depth reviews to be conducted several times a year on all operations. The outcome of this effort was Optics Global Consulting's Virtual Operations Management System. At the core of this system are the Virtual Coaching Reviews which allow our customers to have in-depth reviews of their operations, completed virtually multiple times a year, which saves time and money and gives access to the data our customers need to measure and manage their business.
